HYGGE {hue-gah} LIVING

I have’t written in awhile and this morning I finally felt the creative juices flowing so here I am :)

I love this word!

h y g g e

Pronounced hue-gah. Danish. The ritual of enjoying life’s simple pleasures. It means to be COZY, to practice self-care, to feel connected to yourself and others, to have a sense of community, to be in the moment. It’s translation loosely means wellness or well-being.

I have always loved this word and feel my best when I am embracing the HYGGE LIFESTYLE. Instead of living on autopilot; the HYGGE LIFESTYLE encourages us to connect to what brings us happiness and joy and to include those things into our daily lives.

Here are some simple ways to add more HYGGE into your life

Bullet all the things you are proud of yourself for. Bullet all the things that make you happy. Bullet new hobbies you want to try.
