What is a Health Coach?
Most people know what a healthy diet and healthy routine look like- there’s not a shortage of information out there; between google and web MD you have a wealth of knowledge right at your fingertips. With that said, you may have wondered - Why am I struggling to make healthy changes to my diet and my routine when I know what to do? Why can’t I stick to these healthy habits? Where do I start? How can I stay consistent? This is where a health coach comes in!
What is a health coach?
A health coach is certified in Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Management Techniques but our strengths lie in helping you TRANSFORM and EVOLVE. A health coach is your health advocate - your biggest cheerleader- your accountability partner - a listener and friend as you navigate this next phase of life making health and happiness a priority. Health coaches understand that we all have different needs and will work with you to create a plan that is right for YOU based on your health history, your current symptoms, challenges, and goals.
Health coaches are there to help you make sustainable changes that are attainable. We examine nutrition, lifestyle, limiting beliefs you may hold and we set goals together.
What is HOLISTIC HEALTH?
A holistic heath coach is trained to look at life in a “holistic way” - we look at how all areas of your are interconnected - relationships, diet, career, home, creativity, finances, movement and more - When you focus on life holistically, you’ll begin to see the big picture and learn to find balance and alignment even on tougher days and in more difficult situations.
